Startup Mahakumbh 2.0 from April 3: Delegates from Over 50 Countries

India’s vision for a self-reliant and innovation-driven future takes center stage with the announcement of Startup Mahakumbh 2.0, an event supported by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). Set to kick off with an evening of innovation at Vanijya Bhawan, Delhi, this highly anticipated second edition will run from April 3-5, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam.

This flagship initiative aims to spotlight India’s dynamic startup ecosystem, bringing together startups, investors, accelerators, incubators, and global leaders from over 50 countries. The event will feature specialized pavilions for sectors such as AI, HealthTech, AgriTech, Climate Tech, FinTech, Defence & Space Tech, and more. These spaces will host exhibitions, masterclasses, and pitching opportunities, fostering collaboration and global exposure for Indian startups.

Organized by FICCI, ASSOCHAM, IVCA, NASSCOM, and other key players, with support from SIDBI and DPIIT’s Startup India initiative, the event builds on the overwhelming success of its inaugural edition, which drew over 48,000 visitors and 1,300 exhibitors from 26 states and 14 countries.

DPIIT Secretary Amardeep Singh Bhatia emphasized the importance of fostering an innovation-driven culture, stating, “With delegates from over 50 countries, this event will showcase India’s startup potential on a global stage.”

As a platform for collaboration and innovation, Startup Mahakumbh 2025 is poised to redefine India’s role in the global entrepreneurial ecosystem, paving the way for a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
