STPI Launches Incubation Hub for 100 Blockchain Startups

STPI, in partnership with MeitY, Haryana government, Padup Ventures, IBM, Intel, GBA, and FITT, has established an incubation hub at its Gurugram campus. This hub, known as the Apiary Center of Entrepreneurship (CoE), has a primary focus on Blockchain Technology and aims to nurture 100 startups within five years. Electronics and Information Technology Secretary S Krishnan inaugurated the incubation facility, commending the entrepreneurs for their innovative solutions to real-world issues using cutting-edge technology. This CoE, featuring 7,000 square feet of fully furnished incubation infrastructure with 80 plug-and-play seats, conference rooms, and an auditorium, is seen as a significant step toward India’s digital transformation, as highlighted by STPI Director General Arvind Kumar.
