In a strategic move to foster international collaboration and accelerate healthcare innovation, VentureBlick, a global leader in healthcare innovation based in Singapore, has partnered with India’s premier technology incubator and accelerator, T-Hub, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
This alliance was unveiled at a conference in T-Hub, Hyderabad, attended by key figures including Dr. Kailash Jialdasani, South Asia Head of Operations at VentureBlick; Chris Lee, Founder and CEO of VentureBlick; Wing Commander (Retd) Anthony Anish, COO of T-Hub; and Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, representing Telangana’s Industries & Commerce and IT departments, as the honored guest.
The collaboration aims to establish a nurturing environment for healthcare startups in India, looking to scale globally by facilitating innovation, cross-national knowledge sharing, and providing marketing and distribution support.
Dr. Kailash Jialdasani highlighted a significant opportunity, noting that “India imports 70-80% of its medical devices. Our goal is to enable Indian entrepreneurs to develop healthcare technologies that cater not just to local, but global needs.”
Indian healthcare startups stand to benefit immensely from this partnership, gaining access to crucial resources like medical validation, clinical trials, market analysis, regulatory guidance, and strategies for entering new markets, thereby supporting their international ambitions.
Moreover, VentureBlick is set to launch ‘Discovery’, a health tech innovation platform designed to connect innovators, doctors, investors, and industry stakeholders, further empowering Indian healthcare innovators with global outreach opportunities.
